I started the day with a walkthrough of the AI-enabled systems I've built and deployed for Pulse. You don't need to set any of these up. They're already working for you.
You already have access to the number and have been using it. The session was about understanding exactly what it can do, how it works, and how to get the best out of it.
Open WhatsApp and message the PTH AI number you've been given. Nothing to install, just message it like you would a person.
Type naturally. The agent classifies your intent and routes it to the right branch automatically. To see all options at any time, send: help
Start here: Try the client time log, task, or weather branch first. These are the most immediately useful day to day.
Be specific. The more detail you give, the better the output. Vague in, vague out.
We ran out of time on the day, so here it is. Three real tasks. Two ways to do them. Run both and see the difference.
| Vendor | Amount | Paid By | Date | Notes |

| Officeworks | $67.30 | Rae | 20/3 | Cartridges |
Seven lessons from the day, in order. Expand each one to read. Use "Learn More" for extra depth. Lessons with tasks have checkboxes — tick them off as you complete them.
6 questions on the core ideas from the day. No one's tracking your score.
The pipeline of what's coming next for PTH. More details to come as each item progresses.
A consolidated view of the whole team's availability and commitments, one place, always current.
Before a client meeting, AI prepares a briefing: company background, key people, relevant history, red flags. AI-assisted, not fully automated.
The next major version: expanded branches, improved user memory, and greater agentic capability across PTH's systems.
Topics that came up throughout the session that didn't fit neatly into a single lesson.
The longer-term goal is an agentic, context-aware AI system that integrates with every tool PTH uses. Knows the team, the clients, the work, and acts on it with minimal friction. Professional-use only, always.
An agentic AI doesn't just answer questions, it takes actions. It can look things up, create tasks, send emails, log data, and route information without you handling each step. The WhatsApp agent is a working example of this already.
All the automations I've built run on n8n, a self-hosted workflow tool on a private VPS. Workflows are version-controlled in a private GitHub repo. Professional-use only. Not offline.
Company ChatGPT is legally siloed. Your data is not used to train public models. The WhatsApp agent runs on a separate OpenAI API. These are different systems and should not be treated as the same thing.
Use AI for professional tasks relevant to your role. Don't put sensitive client data into personal or public AI tools. Always review AI output before sharing externally. AI amplifies your work, it doesn't replace your judgment.
I opened the day by walking through each live scheme: what it does, how it works, and the thinking behind it. The main focus was the WhatsApp agent, its architecture, branches, integrations, and how to get the best out of it.
Tasks from Lessons 3, 4, and 7. Ticking here also ticks the task inside the lesson above, and vice versa. Your progress saves under your name.
